I have gained many friends and enthusiastic clients in the 7 years I have been a Port Moody Real Estate Specialist.

People tell me I am approachable, enthusiastic, work very hard, and negotiate aggressively on their behalf.

I love finding homes for pet owners, and I call myself a Pet Friendly Real Estate Agent because I am genuinely concerned about the welfare of pets. They rely on us for their well being and trust us to keep them safe and loved. I donate regularly to the SPCA.

We consider the satisfaction of our clients to be our greatest achievement, and take pride in our high volume of repeat business and referrals.

Selling 85 homes in my first year, I achieved the #2 position at Royal LePage Coronation West for 2005, and I am consistently one of the Top Ten Realtors (out of about 140) at our office.

I have also received the Royal LePage Diamond Award every year (2005-2008), which recognizes the top 3% of the Royal LePage sales force in B.C.

I have also been a member of the Greater Vancouver Real Estate Board Medallion Club every year (2005-2008), which recognizes the top 10% of Realtors in the Greater Vancouver Area.

A few personal tidbits: Randy grew up in Burnaby and now lives in Anmore with wife Candace and their two gorgeous Chow Chows. He is a proud member of the Sasamat volunteer Fire department. Randy also enjoys home reno projects, playing hockey, snowboarding and spending time with his family.
